******* upgrade and theft of funds.

I received an email regarding and upgrade clicked on a link to see more and then got a call for work so took it, later that day I got another email saying my upgrade was successful. Immediate panic hits in. I didn’t request an upgrade. I respond immediately requesting a reverse as it’s more money than I can afford. That was 21 July. Today webafrica stoke money out of my account for an upgrade I didn’t request, when I got notified of it I immediately requested a reversal both by email and twitter and I was ignored. Again today I am now frantic as they have ****** my food money for something they don’t have my signature for a voice signature for. I have been ****** blind by an over priced ISP. Please don’t support ******** behaviour. Don’t support webafrica.
