Ignoring Request to Cancel Services

[# ********** ]: Canceled domain name, Wed 03-15, 10:10 PM. No Response. I tried to have the service canceled before and i got a response back from them saying soory for the late response but they wont be able asist me. It's not my fault they actually don't do anything to assist their customer. Other than sending me a payment outstanding email and an email saying that a lawsuit will follow if I don't make payment, Webafrica is just ripping their customer's off . They convenienlty ignore customers emails in order to deduct payments from my bank account.

I do feel that it is unlwaful that a service provider can just ignore a customers request to have what ever service they signed up for canceled. Just to line their pockets. Stop with the ****************.
