Ignoring me

I have been put in the ignore zone since I have been trying to follow up on an extremely simple matter that has taken weeks and is still unresolved.

Here is what Fibrehoods say:

We have looked into your account and see that an email was sent on Saturday with regards to the installation. However we have no request from WebAfrica for an installation and the only installation request we have is from 2 March when you selected mweb as your isp. Without an order from Webafrica, we cannot arrange installation as they need to advise that all documentation has been signed and that we can install. We have sent an email to Webafrica but we suggest you also make contact with them and request that they load you onto our system.

As far as I can see, all Webafrica needs to do is call them, just a phone call, and possibly resend the forms.

Now they just ignore me when I open live chats. I will cancel my order by the end of today if I don't get a response about the issue (and not just a "a senior person is dealing with it").

They got back to me before the end of Thursday and told me that they contacted Fibrehoods and sorted it out. Fibrehoosd called me this morning to clear up my address (maps don't show it in correct location, and asked for an actual location address, which I gave them). Fibrehoods said that they would still call to make the appointment.
There were specific people at Webafrica that helped to move things along. One of them would not say exactly who was ignoring my messages but I suspect there are maybe a few people there that do not have a lot of integrity in what they do. So do find out who you are speaking to and take not when resolving issues.
