If you're thinking of using webafrica I suggest you think again.
On the 19th of April I tried to pay my wifi and the easy pay code I usually used refused to register so I contacted webafrica and their consultant gave me an account to pay to pay my premium I did as such and sent them the POP, they then turned and said I was not suppose to pay in that account and they gave me an easy pay number I then paid again and my wifi switched on I then enquires about the first payment and they said they would refund me in 14 working days I then argued with them that I won't wait 14 working days for them to pay me for their mistake as it's not like I changed my mind or anything it was their fault. webafrica then promised to pay my money last week and till today I have not been paid a cent and they have been giving me the run around with stupid business phrase (we understand you are upset and we are working on giving you your refund) until today they have not deposited my refund these people are ****** even the 14 working day turn around has expired and they are still quiet about my refund they only respond with the same statement when I ask them until today no representative has bothered to call me and I suggest you don't sign up with them cancell your contract with them and rather go with MWEB

Your feedback regarding the payment confusion, refund delays, and communication you’ve experienced will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as transparency and timely resolution are important to us.
