Ordered a backup Telkom lte router from Webafrica . First they lost my rica documents (sign of things to come). Then they had trouble uploading the documentation. Friday the courier showed up at the wrong house, even though my address is correct on the website. I’ve been sitting here with this router for 3 days now and it’s not active. Everytime you contact you get told that you have to wait up to 48 hours. Now that 48 hours are here, I get told it needs to be escalated and nothing can be done cause “that team does not work over weekends “. Don’t believe the hype of getting quickly connected through Webafrica . Webafrica is for people that hate speed and efficiency. Then I get told not to bother going to other isps cause they will take just as long. Pathetic
