If you are outside a township, don't get this ISP, worse internet connection and customer service

I app**** for their service provider and all went well and so did the installation. There was a delay on the delivering of the router but it eventually arrived We have been connected for almost 3 months but there always internet problems. Now I've been in the process of canceling the service but I'm being referred from one agent to another, no help, no progress. I've been told a number of times that they escalating the matter to no avail. It's almost the end of the month and I was told the cancellation would happen next month, just to get me to pay for next month now they are delaying again clearly to make me pay for May too. Please stay away
