If you are looking for a good internet service provider. Please do not even think of using Webafrica. I recently changed addresses and was notified that I would have to pay R2880.00 as a claw back fee to change. I told them it's fine just cancel my service completely If I was to pay so much of money. Retentions department has called me and we agreed that the claw back fee would be cancelled if I stayed with webafrica. This month we was debited R3600.00 and they have explained that it was for the claw back fee and that my request for a refund is declined. I simply cancelled my current package as I would have never stayed if I were to pay that fee. Now I have to pay that same fee again for canceling this service but I don't mind cause I rather have no dealings with a greedy service provider.
