I moved to Webafrica in 2022. At time of moving over I INSISTED that 2 telephone lines get moved over as well to work via VOIP. I have been following up since June 2022 via e mail 30 + e mails, whats app (via their 'bot') approx 10 + times and via telephone at leat 15 - 20 times. I STILL havent got anywhere. I have therefore had to keep TWO INTERNET SUPPLIERS as the 2nd one is 'carrying' our VOIP lines. I am paying for TWO internet providers because Webafrica has not ported our numbers and made or numbers active via VOIP. If you are condidering Webafrica, DONT
