IDIOTS AT WORK!!!!

This Idiots debited my account twice in June 2025. i was told on the 15th they will refund me and will take 3 to 5 business days. today is the 27th of June an what a surprise, no money in my account! now I get told it is the fault of PayFast and not them, PayFast told me Webafrica are lying as they handle only the payment portal and not any funds. these people are utterly useless!!!
