I wouldn’t recommend Webafrica to anyone, their communication is bad

I have my fibre installation done on the 11th of February and since then I have not received my log in details (password etc). Their live chat is a joke for being called a live chat, you never get connected to anyone and if you do eventually get through someone, they transfer you from one department to another and therefore more reasons for waiting. I am so disappointed with this nonsense of a company and I am even thinking of cancelling my services with them. If anyone can help get me on ***.
