I wouldn’t recommend their services even to my worst enemy

If there was a zero rating I would definitely give them 0. First of all for the mare fact that there is no call centre to assist clients only WhatsApp service that one have to wait for hours and be transferred from one consultant to another it’s pathetic. I paid my bill before the debit date on the customers profile. I also changed units I did let them know that I am moving units in time. One consultant told me that I have to pay R249 moving fee okay great I didn’t have a problem while the other one told me I don’t have to pay anything. I check the customer’s account to my surprise I’m owing R552 how come ? Because I paid my monthly instalment upfront? Now I’m disconnected and the whole day I am taken from pillar to post

Hi Thrmbekile,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand how frustrating and confusing this situation has been, especially after moving and expecting your service and billing to be clear and aligned. This is not the kind of experience we aim to deliver, and having to deal with both disconnection and unclear charges at the same time is understandably very upsetting.
We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that the R552.48 reflected is not an amount due, but rather a credit balance on your account. This was app**** after you were initially billed for the periods:

30 May 2026 to 31 May 2026
01 June 2026 to 30 June 2026

Regarding getting your service up and running at the new premises, a request has been sent to the team handling move of premises to urgently follow up and ensure your connection is restored. They have also been asked to provide you with a direct email update so you have clear visibility on the progress and next steps.
Should you want us to review anything further, you’re welcome to connect with us via direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly assist further.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
