I would like to be honest about my experience with Vuma so far. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed because my Wi-Fi/router issue has still not been resolved, and the communication has also been poor. Responses often take a long time, which makes it difficult to know what is happening with my issue. That said, I haven’t given up on Vuma. I still believe the problem can be resolved, and I would appreciate better communication and a clear update on when my router/Wi-Fi issue will finally be fixed. I would really like to have a positive experience with Vuma going forward.
