I went online to order a package and hit "chat with us" button
I went online to order a package and hit "chat with us" button. Within seconds I was connected to an agent who then called me to get details of my order. Gave me all the information needed. I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch, but it was good service and I really hope the rest is just as good.
