I was told I only need to pay 575 to activate my service but now I am told I need to pay it to activate my services

We understand the confusion around the amount you were advised to pay to reactivate your services.As per the account, the current amount due, including the September invoice, is R1,345.23. The R575 previously advised would therefore not cover the full outstanding balance currently reflected on the account.Warm regards,
