I was told earlier in the day that my reconnection will take 3-5 days, and they can do anything to assist me, and I have to wait. Then I messaged afterwards and I was assisted by loreeza, who went out of her way to assist me and reconnect my network, I was helped by her in 20min, she reconnected the network.
