I was struggling to connect to the because my router had to be reconfigured but when a lady Chanelle assisted me she was firstly patient, quick in her chat response and very helpful she guided me step by step to resolve my issue, this is what you call white glove service, if only all the agents took service so seriously...well done Chanelle and thank you
