I was having the worst experience ever with Webafrica, especially their whatsapp agents. This morning I received a call from Ismail Frydie who works for Webafrica in Cape Town and he was so helpful and ensured me that the previous mistakes would be rectified and I would receive my refund as soon as possible. After back and forth with agents from August, Ismail was able to resolve this matter in a day and my refund has been received. I would like that thank Ismail Frydie for his hard work and dedication in resolving the matter in such a speedy manner.
