i was chatting to on...
i was chatting to one of their agents names Sanelisiwe B, about a billing query who was not helpful ,seemed like she didnt want to even be on the chat , she consistently dismissed me to call in the next day - she could not provide any help, any answers nor resolve my issue - she just wanted out of the Chat -she failed to engage and get to know the problem- this is extremely disappointing as i have had a good experience with Webafrica until this- it worries me
