I was blown away by how quickly our fibre got installed, app**** yesterday and here we are today! The technicians were super friendly and worked efficiently. However, I was a bit disappointed with the wait times. Had to wait for another tech to connect the cable, and then waited a bit longer for the password, which put me behind on work. But overall, I'm stoked with the service and the internet is flying! Thanks for bringing this to my doorstep.

That said, your frustration with the wait during the final steps is completely valid. When you’re trying to get back to work, any delay in handover like cabling or credentials can feel much bigger than it should. That’s not the experience we want at the finishing line of an install, and it’s helpful that you’ve flagged it. We’ll make sure this is shared so those handover gaps can be tightened up.
