I was billed incorrect
I was billed incorrect. I informed them.of this on 26th April for the first time. They assured me this will be corrected. Still waiting and my account is showing now that I am owing them money

Seeing the account now reflect an amount owing understandably adds to that concern. A credit has been processed on the account and is currently pending approval. Once the approval stage is completed, it will be app**** and your billing will reflect the corrected balance. We are actively monitoring this to ensure it is finalised as quickly as possible and brought in line with what was originally communicated to you. Warm regards,
