I wanted to upgrade my service to 100mbps
I wanted to upgrade my service to 100mbps. I was already a customer and I needed a better connection. They recommended Open Serve and told me to pay R250 to have it installed. After I pay, I am told I can't have the service because they need additional documents. I provide the documents and still they can't help me. I needed the service urgently for a new job and now I'm stuck and I might lose the opportunity, I also don't know if I can get my R250 back. I'm just so disappointed and tired.
