I want them to come and fix my internet connection urgently!!
My internet connection has been down since 23 July 2025 and I reported the matter on their WhatsApp chat. They don’t help me with anything until today on the 1st they debited their monthly payment while I don’t have connection and I’m struggling to work. Their service is poor and the team is ******** about the matter!! I will never recommend anyone in to you, you don’t have sense of emergency at all!!!

06 Aug 2025, 12:16Today marks two weeks without internet connection on my WiFi and they haven’t responded or resolved this matter whenever I’m asking they say the matter is escalated I must wait for 72 hours but still that time passed Without any assistance.
