I WANT MY REFUND !!!

I'm extremely frustrated with Webafrica, been following up on my refund from April 2024. I am sick and tired of having to send WhatsApp all the damn time to follow up. Every time i follow up I'm told the same story. You are too quick to take our money but take forever to refund us. I was credited twice in 1 month, how do you do that mistake????? may I please have my money back !!!
