I want my refund

I have to fibre lines with then and i requested that they cancel the second one added they confirmed that was in Feb they debited in march and i asked them they told me i cancelled late the service will be cancel by April, no refund nothing. Now they sent email saying they cancelled my service all to found out they cancelled the wrong one and still debited for the service im not using that i asked them to cancel long time ago, They refusing to refund me. Im sick of the pathetic service they have im cancelling everything with them
