I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

Yoh...I've never been so annoyed with WEBAFRICA!!! They owe me R399 for 3 months now and now they debit R118.03 out of my account for no ****** reason and that money was for my insurance and you cant even reverse the money....i Have spoken two 5 agents (Andile B,,Fuziwe B,Nelisiwe,Mekayla,Asalinto)about my refund of R399 since December. Now they debit R118.03 FOR WHAT!!! I want my R517.03 back! Im tired of talking to agents and they're whatsaap portal is useless!
