I want my money back,I paid for a package and didn't get it!

The Worst service provider of all time. I had a package with them that ends at the end of each month,yesterday I asked to cancel that package as I wanted to upgrade my package. I was asked if I understood that I would forfeit the balance days,I said its fine I still want it cancelled...the cancelled it in the morning then I asked to pay for the upgrade package I wanted and I was given the payment reference to use...I paid then next thing my OLD package is active again,I made several follow up,called and spoke to consultants on WhatsApp to no avail. This morning the consultant says my old package was credited and they are sorry....now the part that's a worse shocker is that I am told I will be refunded the difference as the cancelled package is now active.

Whose fault is that???who made that mistake???why the hell am I paying for it???

So they'll refund me the balance from the R800 I paid,so R500 down the drain!

I have opened a case with the ombudsman, WedAfrica can't think this is right and I will drag them till they lose more clients.

I am also going to share all screenshots between agents and I to show how horrible the service is on Twitter!!!
