I want my money back please

My money was deducted but I have not had any connection since the 27th March 2024. I have reported this on the 2nd April 2024 bacause I was not home. I have been following up and every day I am told that they have escaleted the fault to Vuma technicians but no one has come to my house to fix the ****** fault. Every day the agents I chat with tell me they will push the enquiry logged but nothing is done. I am so so angry I am not taken seriously.
