I want my money back!!!

I’m very disappointed in the service I didn’t even receive. All I’m asking for now is my refund. I’ve been waiting for so long and you guys are not saying anything.

Context: I signed up for a fibre line on 01 Feb and paid for the router that was supposed to be delivered to me. I wasn’t getting any feedback for so long and I decided to cancel and sign up with a different ISP. I asked for my refund for the router that wasn’t even delivered. It’s been almost 2 weeks now since I asked for my refund and no one is saying anything. Your calls do not go through because they just tell you to text on WhatsApp. My WhatsApp texts are no longer even going through.
