I want my money back

On February 3rd of this year, I paid at WebAfrica. We were unaware that Vumatel had suspended operations at the Khayelitsha. The Facebook consultant at Vumatel suggested that I contact WebAfrica to get my refund. I reached out to Customer support form WebAfrica on the 5th of February, and they told me to cancel if I wanted my money back, and they would refund me on April 1st, 2024. The service has now been discontinued, and my reimbur*****t is not being discussed. Working with Vumatel and WebAfrica has been an absolute misery. I have never encountered such disdain and deceit from a company.
