I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Been waiting for delivery, only now when i follow up they tell me they need POA, and i find out after paying for delivery that it's not even what I ordered, I'm not getting any direct answers, and when i asked the gent on the chat platform to call me he said he cannot at this time, what kind of service is that!!!!!!
