I spent two afternoons , for a period of 6 hrs per afternoon, waiting for an agent to get back to me. On the first afternoon, I had joy after 7 pm; I was sent a link through which I was told I could pay, but, despite repeated efforts, the promised OTP never arrived. So I tried again today to raise an agent - this time, to absolutely no avail. I had, however, frequently repeated admonitions to remain patient. No wonder so many people complain about WebAfrica's (lack of) service
