I signed up with webafrica two months back but never used their service as I was still with my current service provider rsaweb

I signed up with webafrica two months back but never used their service as I was still with my current service provider rsaweb . I was debited 988.31 for the first month and I informed them that I never used their service but I was told that even if I dnt use the service I will still be billed .now today I contacted them as they tried to debit the account for may .as I was told 1 June the line will be canceled and no debit order will go off .but the 2nd June webafrica tried to debit again . I contacted them and was informed that I have to pay no matter if I used the service or not . I really think it is unfair of them on charging me for a service I never used .as my current service provider is still active Hope you will be able to assist
