I regret using web Africa

Their agent are totally *********** for a lack of better word! They told me debit dates are only on the 1st okay cool then upon activation my first debit date would be the 1/12/2023. My account was activated on the 25/10/2023 and the router only arrived on the 1/11/2023 my package is for 669 because they said they don’t have any lower ones which I found out that was a lie they have a 25mbps option fine now they trying to deduct R820 from me I’m asking them why they added a prorata of 151 from 25/10/2023 I only got the router on the 1st why yall charging me for something I ddnt use and they said I can’t cancel yet I need to give 1 months notice if I do I’ll need to pay 999 on top of the 820! Are they crazy I told them I’ll rather go with rsa web this is very poor service and they have a duplicate account of mine they trying to deduct money from as well the agents keep transferring me to 1 person to another without resolving the issue.
