I regret signing up under web africa

I've been with web africa since july last year ,i asked them to change my paymentvmethod to 30 days and i was given a payment link made payments on friday and i was advised my line will be active by saturday till today I'm still waiting and I'm working home was given an unpaid for friday n saturday they keep advising me they are waiting on vumatel to reactivate my account
