Web Africa doesn’t deserve 1 start. They deserve 0. Horrible service. They’re quick to debit but they don’t fix anything nor resolve your queries. Changing to another service provider is also horrible because web Africa makes it really difficult. Forget about getting your refunds. I’ve spoken to over 20 agents in 13 days.
