I pay for a service and support cant provide it

So I keep running into issues with your hosting package and support can't even tell me who my ticket was escalated to, who is looking into a domain that is not working. This keeps happening and frankly why should I pay you every month for hosting if you do not provide the support I am paying for. My clients hosting will move and so will mine if you do not up your game and provide support. <br> <br> HOW are you expecting developers to be productive and push out products for clients if the turnaround time to even respond to a clients issues is over 7 hours? Do you understand how much money you are making your clients lose during that 7 hour period? Unacceptable, you are frankly terrible hosts. No developer in their right mind will accept waiting around for a full day because web africa seems to believe the money we pay for hosting does not warrant support.<br> <br> Get a manager to call me, infact get someone thats higher than a manager to call me I want them to explain to me how they are wanting clients to take hosting to other companies because thats what the service is begging me to do.
