I orderred a new 250mbps line on 7 April
I orderred a new 250mbps line on 7 April. They gave me again a 100mbps line. Despite hours on chats with them. New ONT and new router I still only have 100mbps. They eventually concurred on Manday 27 Aoril that I only get 100mbps. Still not resolved after 48 hours. Pathetic and frustrating.

29 Apr 2026, 15:48Hi Sarel,
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been, especially after ordering a 250 Mbps line and continuing to receive only 100 Mbps despite multiple chats, a new ONT, and a new router. Having to spend hours following up, only to be told days later that the service is still incorrect, is understandably exhausting and not the experience you should be having. Your query has been submitted for review, and we are currently consolidating feedback from the relevant teams to understand exactly where the breakdown occurred. Once this has been reviewed and we have clear confirmation, we will reach out to you with an update and the next steps toward resolution. Your experience has also been shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as it’s important that issues like this are addressed properly and do not continue unresolved.
If you need any additional support in the meantime, you’re welcome to continue engaging with us via direct message on Hello Peter.
Warm regards,
