I ordered fiber and it was installed today but its not working because they said something called "log" is missing
I ordered fiber and it was installed today but its not working because they said something called "log" is missing. A technician was supposed to come and fix it, he called and then disappeared without letting me know and he still did not fix it. My chat is: if he had somewhere to be, he can easily let me know or fix the wifi first. Now im waiting for someone and I dont even know if they are coming back or not. I have other places to be.
