I NEED MY REFUND

I moved homes on the 1of November.

I contacted web Africa and I was penalized for late notification. Granted I honored the payment. My subscription is +/- R800 monthly.

This month on the 2Novemeber they debited R2 539.67 I’ve been asking for my refund instead I am being told I’m owing.

I’ve sent them proof of payments/ and statements there’s still delay tactics from Webafrica I have been chatting with 5agents with no help just back and forths
