I need an update on my order, delivery or installation.

I am writing to make a formal complaint against webafrica. My complaint is that they failed to provide me with a satisfactory service. After being put on hold for over 2 hours, I was receiving silly message, they're trying to put me to one of their Live Chat agents, if however you'd prefer to cancel the Live Chat request, simply type ENDCHAT.
