I made a mistake to sign up with webafrica.

I thought maybe it was just me getting really bad service, but now after seeing all these bad reviews it seems like the webafrica just does not care anymore. It has been almost a year since I first got my fiber, I have still not received my router and I ended up purchasing my own router. the connection is so unstable most of the time that I decided it would be better to cancel, however now I have to pay the massive installation fee of R1750.00 which I would have been happy to pay if the service was not so unreliable most of the time. but at least it will be a one time thing as I will never make use of their service again. would have been nice if I could charge them for all the mobile data I had to use for work every time the connection was dead. I would not recommend using Webafrica if you are in need of good connection and service.
