I just hate how they have an option to "pay now" when you've missed your payment, but afterwards you have to be taken from pillar to post to make sure your payment is allocated

I just hate how they have an option to "pay now" when you've missed your payment, but afterwards you have to be taken from pillar to post to make sure your payment is allocated. Why do they have that option if it doesn't update automatically. I've spent 2 weeks fighting for that
