I just had a bad experience with a agent from web Africa named Alicia it seems they don't care about the clients and the budget constraints of south Africans in the current economic climate i see with this new web Africa app came new policies aswel because I use to get pro rata billing every time I activate my *** when my payment date arrives and now I am not able too I don't know if I am the only one experience this but I use to get my pro rata bill at the end of the month because you cannot pay 429 to activate and then pay another 429 the 1st of the month all budgets are not the same but every one needs the internet
