I have requested the refund and was advised that I will receive it within 10–15 business days. However, I am struggling to understand why it takes this long for someone to receive their own money back, especially in the digital age we live in. I was advised that the turnaround time is dependent on when my banking details are confirmed. I have already provided my proof of banking details, but I am still awaiting confirmation and further feedback. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and confirmation of when I can expect the payment to be processed. It is honestly unacceptable to expect me to wait till the 1st of September for me own money!!! Kind regards, Melissa
