I have had internet from the 27th of November, no refund nothing!!!! Webafrica is a ****!!!! B

Where do I even start! Webafrica is the bottom of the barrel when I comes to service! I don’t even know how and why is still operating because it’s a ****!

Ive been with them for over 2 years! Never missed a debit! Problems started in November mid, my internet stopped working for over 4 days. Getting that fixed was a mission because no one works there. They will transfer you until you are blue in the face. That was eventually fixed. Again on the 28th of November the internet stops working again. I call, send messages until I get to talk with someone. The internet was not fixed until Dec! Obviously I didn’t pay because how am I paying for something that I don’t have. After facebook complaints, sending DM’s still I’m. It assisted. I have not had internet from the 28th of Nov till date. I was told that they will refund me and cancel but till today nothing.

They are not even following up! Can someone help me. What else should I do! I’m really defeated now because this is bullying. No one cares! They are just a bunch of unprofessional and rude people.

Anyone please help me, get this thing out of my house!
