I have been with Web Africa for 6 years and I can confirm that I have not had any issues with them
I have been with Web Africa for 6 years and I can confirm that I have not had any issues with them. Its been a delight as they are always pro active when it comes to connection downtime, we have never been more than 2 hours without connection, they advise you when its off and when you there is a ETA for it to be fixed which is never long. There service has been great from the very beginning and you get valued as a customer. Their WhatsApp service is also very quick and responsive, there is a good turnaround time for queries and the agents know what they are saying 😉. I would recommend them to anyone who works from home and has multiple devices connected all at once because you never have disruptions. Thank you Web Africa for the outstanding service 👏
