I have been waiting for 10 days for someone to contact me. I have said I do not need fibre as it is installed already but yet I keep receiving mails saying they are going to be installing fibre. All I need is a router and to be connected. I held for 32 minutes!!! and the person has still not come back to me. The service is disgusting. The Sales team answer very quickly in order to get their orders and seem to rush you through it before you can ask any questions. Leon incorrectly took my address to start off with. I have spoken since to Lorrianne, Melissa, Nishak, Dino, Layaan to name just a few...… and no-one gives me the same answer and I get asked different questions all the time. I have given my SN# NUMEROUS times and yet they still ask me for it. Will never ever suggest this ISP to anybody.
