I have been ordering a fibre since last year but they didn’t place it because where I stay there are existing fibres
I have been ordering a fibre since last year but they didn’t place it because where I stay there are existing fibres. So this year I tried again and my order is on hold it’s been almost a week.

We’ve checked the order and can confirm that it is still in progress. The order is currently awaiting Line 3 approval from the fibre network provider. Once this approval has been received, you’ll be advised of the next steps and any further updates.
We know the wait can be frustrating, but your order is still being worked on and has not been closed.
