I have been going back and forth with numerous agents trying to get my refund request resolved and Unathi took the time to hear me and investigate every touch point
I have been going back and forth with numerous agents trying to get my refund request resolved and Unathi took the time to hear me and investigate every touch point. She went above and beyond by calling me to go through her findings and my query. She is a gold star employee.
