I have a billing query with Webafrica

I have a billing query with Webafrica. Everytime I have to chat on th WhatsApp line I speak to a different agent and I need to explain myself over and over again. I request for someone to call me back and they say that no one can call me back. This is extremely frustrating because I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 weeks now. Just yesterday I queried this again and had to re explain the whole problem all over again. I am tired of explaining over and over. Please have someone call me urgently. Thank you
